Gravity Marketplace Agentless Dialer (ALD) Subscription Tiers

The Agentless Dialer plugin has the following subscription tiers:

• Free
• Starter
• Essentials
• Professional
• Enterprise

To purchase the Agentless Dialer plugin, you can navigate to the subscription plans within your Twilio Flex instance. Please note, you must have the Gravity Marketplace installed into your account and be granted access to the Gravity Marketplace. 

Below are the features included in Free tier:

• Default Timezone: Allows users to configure the default timezone that campaigns will process voice broadcast messages.

• Default Outbound Caller ID: Allows users to configure the default caller id to use when making outbound calls.

• Default Country Code: Allows users to configure the default country code to use when importing contacts that do not include the E.164 formatted phone number.

• Max Calls Per Second (CPS): Define the maximum CPS for Agentless Dialer campaigns based on your Twilio account configurations.

• Campaign Management: Allows users to view and manage the campaigns.

Below are the features included in the Starter tier:

• Audio recording Broadcast: Allows users to send campaigns using audio recordings.

• Advanced Voices (including Amazon Polly): Allows users to send campaigns using advanced English text-to-speech voices. ie. Amazon Polly, Google.

• Voicemail Drop: Allows user to play voice broadcast messages to a contact's voicemail.

Below are the features included in the Essentials tier:

• Advanced Multilingual Voices: Allows users to use all available text-to-speech voices in all languages.

• Standard Reports: Allows users to view and manage standard reports and metrics for campaigns. (coming early Q4 2023)

• Scheduled Campaigns: Allows users to schedule the campaign will run when creating the campaign.

• Campaign Timezones: Allows users to configure the timezone that the campaigns will process voice broadcast messages, this is independent of the default timezone.

Below are the features included in the Professional tier:

• Advance Reports: Allows users to view and manage advanced reports and metrics for campaigns. (coming early Q4 2023) 

• Studio Flows: Allows users to select studio flows to use when the customer answers the voice broadcast.

• Contact Timezones: Allows users to configure the timezone that contacts sent the voice broadcast message, this is independent of the default timezone and campaign timezone.

Below are the features included for in the Enterprise tier:

• Text-to-Speech (TTS) variables: Allows users to include variables from the CSV import in the text-to-speech voice broadcast message. (coming early Q4 2023)

• Import Custom Data: Allows users to import custom data variables in the CSV imports.
