Our free plan includes the following capabilities:
- Blacklists: Safeguard your Twilio Flex contact center by easily preventing unwanted spam calls and potential security threats from specific phone numbers. Our Blacklists feature empowers you to maintain control over inbound communication, ensuring a secure and uninterrupted workflow for your agents.
- Flex Insights Outcome: Efficiently generate reports and identify blocked tasks within your Flex Insights reporting in the contact center. This feature provides a quick and comprehensive overview of outcomes related to blocked tasks, enhancing visibility and enabling timely analysis.
- Default Country Code: Simplify the process of adding contacts to the blacklist by configuring a default country code. When manually adding contacts or importing them without a country code, the system will automatically apply the default country code.
