- Dialpad Caller ID: Empower agents with Dialpad Caller ID, enabling them to effortlessly choose the outbound caller ID when making calls to customers through the native Twilio Flex dialpad. On the Free plan, you can configure a single number that will automatically be selected for agents when making outbound calls using the dialpad.
- Default Outbound Caller ID: Set the default caller ID for agent-initiated outbound calls. With plans higher than Free, agents can choose alternative numbers via the dialpad and easily reset to the default caller ID as needed.
Starter Plan
