Free Plan

Our free plan includes the following capabilities:

  • Click-to-Dial: Enable agents to seamlessly initiate outbound voice calls to customers within Twilio Flex by implementing Click-to-Dial. Agents can simply click on phone numbers displayed on any website they are viewing, streamlining the calling process and enhancing productivity.
  • Default Outbound Caller ID: Define the default caller ID that will be automatically assigned when agents initiate outbound calls to customers through the plugin. Tailor the experience to align with your communication strategy and ensure a consistent and professional outbound calling presence.
  • Default Country Code: Optimize your Click-to-Engage experience by selecting a default country code. The system will recognize phone numbers on websites during outbound calls, and if no country code is provided, it will automatically use the default one. When a country code is included with the phone number, the system seamlessly adapts, ensuring accurate and efficient dialing for your agents.
  • Assignments (Limited): Easily designate users who can utilize the Click-to-Engage plugin, and you'll only incur charges for those assigned users. On the Free plan, enjoy the benefit of assigning up to 2 users at no cost. This streamlined assignment process ensures cost-effectiveness while providing flexibility in determining who can leverage the Click-to-Engage functionality.

Starter Plan

  • Assignments (Unlimited): With the Starter plan and above, enjoy unlimited user assignments for the Click-to-Engage plugin. Assign as many users as needed and only incur charges for those specifically designated to utilize the plugin.
