Free Plan

Start your journey with our Free plan, offering key features at no cost, providing a solid foundation for your needs.

Our free plan includes the following capabilities:

  • Default Timezone: Easily set a default timezone for contacts in a campaign, ensuring standardized timing if no specific timezone is provided for the contact or defined for the campaign. On the Free and Starter plans, the system will utilize the default timezone for all contacts in the campaign.
  • Default Country Code: Simplify the contact import process into campaigns by setting a default country code. This default country code will be used when importing contacts if no specific country code is provided.
  • Default Outbound Caller ID: Easily configure a default outbound caller ID for campaigns, ensuring a consistent identity when no specific caller ID is provided for the contact or defined for the campaign. On the Free and Starter plans, the system will use the default outbound caller ID for all contacts in the campaign.
  • Active Campaigns (1): On the Free plan, you have the capability to have up to 1 active campaign at any given time. This basic limit provides a starting point for managing campaigns within your contact center.
  • Campaign Contacts (50): With the Starter plan, campaigns are limited to a maximum of 50 contacts per campaign.
  • Contacts Removal: Empower agents with the ability to permanently remove contacts from the campaign, especially in cases where the contact information is deemed invalid or for other reasons preventing successful contact by the agent.

  • Active Campaigns (2): On the Starter plan, you have the capability to have up to 2 active campaigns simultaneously within your contact center.
  • Campaign Contacts (250): On the Starter plan, campaigns are limited to a maximum of 250 contacts per campaign.
  • Campaign Outbound Caller ID: During campaign creation, set a specific outbound caller ID to be used exclusively for that campaign. This feature allows you to tailor the caller ID for each campaign, providing a personalized and recognizable identity for outbound calls
  • Contact Skipping: Enable agents to skip contacts during their current session within the dialer. Skipped contacts can be seamlessly managed by other agents, promoting efficient workload distribution. Additionally, skipped contacts will become available for the same agent in subsequent sessions, offering flexibility in handling outreach efforts within your contact center.

  • Active Campaigns (10): On the Essentials plan, you have the capacity to manage up to 10 active campaigns simultaneously within your contact center.
  • Campaign Contacts (500): On the Essentials plan, campaigns are restricted to a maximum of 500 contacts per campaign.
  • Campaign Timezone: With the ability to configure specific timezones for each campaign, you gain greater control over the dialing schedule for contacts.
  • Assigned Contacts: Import contacts into the campaign and assign them specifically to designated agents. This feature ensures that agents are exclusively assigned the contacts intended for their outreach efforts within the campaign.

  • Campaign Contacts (2,500): On the Professional plan, campaigns are limited to a maximum of 2,500 contacts per campaign.
  • Schedule Retries: Enable agents to schedule retries for customers who need to be dialed at another time. By providing the capability to schedule retries, agents can optimize their outreach strategy, ensuring a more successful connection with customers and enhancing the overall efficiency of your contact center operations.
