Agentless Dialer (ALD)
This guide is designed to help you understand the different settings available for Agentless Dialer (ALD). By reading this document, you'll learn about the various options you have to manage and configure Agentless Dialer features effectively.
The Agentless Dialer plugin allows you to configure the following default settings:

Max Calls Per Second (CPS)
Default Time Zone
Select the default timezone for Agentless Dialer campaigns.
Allows users to configure the default timezone that campaigns will process voice broadcast messages. Default timezone will be used for contacts that do not include a timezone when imported or if on a subscription plan that does not support contact timezones.
Default Outbound caller ID
Select the default caller id to use when making outbound calls for campaigns.
Allows users to configure the default caller id to use when making outbound calls. Default caller ids will be used for contacts that do not include a caller id when imported.
Default County Code
Select the default country code for Agentless Dialer campaigns.
Allows users to configure the default country code that campaigns will process contact imports. Default country will be used for contacts that do not include a country code when imported.
Please note that all imported contacts should be in E.164 format (ie. +16781234567), if not the default country will be used on the import.
Max Calls Per Second (CPS)
Define the maximum CPS for Agentless Dialer campaigns based on your Twilio account.
Campaigns can be configured to allow you to modify the Calls Per Second (CPS). Please note that you will need to manually update your Twilio console voice settings to purchase additional CPS.
