Free Plan

Our free plan includes the following capabilities:
- Default Timezone: Set the default timezone for all Agentless Dialer campaigns within your contact center. On the Free plan, campaigns will run based on this default timezone. With the Essentials plan or higher, enjoy the flexibility to configure different timezones per campaign, allowing for a more personalized and optimized scheduling approach.
- Default Outbound Caller ID: Specify the default outbound caller ID for all Agentless Dialer campaigns within your contact center. On the Free plan, campaigns will utilize this default caller ID. With the Essentials plan or higher, benefit from the ability to configure different caller IDs per campaign, offering flexibility in personalizing your outbound communication strategy.
- Default Country Code: Easily configure a default country code for importing contacts into campaigns that don't include a country code. When a country code is not provided during contact import, the system will automatically assign the defined default country code.
- Active Campaigns (1): On the Free plan, you can have up to 1 active campaign at a time.
- Campaign Contacts (50): On the Free plan, campaigns are restricted to a maximum of 25 contacts per campaign.
- Scheduled Campaigns (Limited): On the Free plan, campaigns are restricted to being scheduled on the day they are created.
- Campaign Mode (Text-to-Speech): On the Free plan, campaign mode is restricted to using Text-to-Speech (TTS) exclusively, and there is a limit of two available TTS voices.
Starter Plan

Our starter plan includes all of the free plan features, plus the following capabilities:
- Active Campaigns (2): On the Starter plan, you can have up to 2 active campaign at a time.
- Campaign Contacts (250): On the Starter plan, campaigns are restricted to a maximum of 250 contacts per campaign.
- Scheduled Campaigns (Limited): On the Stater plan, campaigns are restricted to being scheduled on the day they are created.
- Campaign Mode (Text-to-Speech Advanced): With the Starter plan, Text-to-Speech (TTS) capabilities are upgraded to include advanced voices from Amazon Polly and Google, specifically for English. This enhancement provides more natural and nuanced TTS options, allowing for a richer and more engaging voice experience within your campaigns.
- Campaign Mode (Audio Recordings): With the Starter plan, campaign mode is enhanced to include the ability to upload audio recordings for use in outbound calls to contacts. - Active Campaigns (5): With the Essentials plan, you gain expanded capabilities, allowing you to have up to 5 active campaigns simultaneously in your contact center.
- Campaign Contacts (1,000): With the Essentials plan, campaigns are now expanded to accommodate up to 1,000 contacts per campaign.
- Scheduled Campaigns: With the Essentials plan or higher, you gain the capability to schedule campaigns to run on specific days and times. This enhanced feature provides more flexibility in planning and executing your campaigns, allowing for strategic timing and coordination with your target audience.
